Whop
Purchases and digital delivery are processed through Whop, Inc., 300 Kent Ave #401, Brooklyn, NY 11249, USA. Whop may process your name, email address, account and purchase information, billing details and support communications to perform the contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and meet legal obligations under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Nicolas Müller does not receive or store full payment-card details.
CONTACT
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. The data is deleted when the enquiry has been resolved unless statutory retention obligations apply.
STORAGE AND TRANSFERS
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Contract, payment and tax records may be retained for statutory commercial and tax periods. Data is shared only where necessary with service providers used for website hosting, payment, delivery and support. Framer and Whop may process data in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision or safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under the GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia. No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
